Charlotte Barnhart serves as President. She is responsible for the executive tasks in our company. Charlotte was one of two founding members of RD Energy 8 years ago. She brings over 20 years of business management experience to our organization and has successfully led RD Energy to be not only an efficient and proactive company but also a leader in our industry. Charlotte has a BS in Business Administration.
Zack Lewetag, Vice President of Operations
Zack Lewetag serves as Vice President. Zack manages RD Energy’s day to day operations. He has more than 15 years of leadership, marketing and business management experience. He is responsible for all daily client service needs, company-wide implementation of policies and procedures. He is a significant asset to RD Energy Solutions and plays a vital role in our company’s continued efforts to expand and prepare for the future.
Taylor Clark, Administrative Manager
Taylor Clark serves as Administrative Manager. As such Taylor oversees most human resource matters, program administration, data analysis, quality control, and training. Taylor is a key part of our Administrative Team. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science degree.
Ashley Lewetag, Hiring Manager
Ashley Lewetag serves as Senior Hiring Manager. Ashley has over 12 years of human resource and management experience. As our Hiring Manager Ashley helps to fill all our staffing needs throughout our various programs.
Mark Brost, Senior Field Manager
Mark Brost serves as an Energy Efficiency Manager (EEM) with experience in project management and program development. Mark assists team members in the field and coordinates between the utility, contractors and customers to help implement program goals. His current responsibilities include conducting field audits, coordinating lighting projects, communicating program benefits and managing field staff.
